HF-range near surface wave over the horizon radar antenna requirements

The principles, technical data and certain results of full-scale tests of demonstration model for design HF over-the-horizon (OTH) radar are reported. The principle of this radar operation consists in excitation of electromagnetic wave, its dominant propagation in the diffraction range near the sea surface.References
