The resonant and nonresonant devices with reflective echelette and comb gratings are widely used in quasioptics systems. These gratings have a high angular and frequency dispersion. The development of high-effective algorithms of computations of waveguide electrodynamics structures is based on the accurate semi-analitical solution to the diffraction problems. This approach realization in electrodynamic modelling system SES-04 [1] been illustrated that CAD of can be used for quasioptic devices and systems.References
