Radiation characteristics of finite length disk-on-rod antennas

Results of experimental investigations of radiation characteristics of disk-on-rod antennas versus it's length and frequency are presented. Two types of the hybrid mode excitation have been applied. Recomendations for choice of optimum length of antenna based on the maximum gain criterion are given.References
