Abstract

A set of active and passive portable sensors is developed for reflected and emitted signal measurements at short distances and at a wavelength range from 3 cm to 2 μm. The sensors have been designed for camouflage and absorption materials attestation, coating efficiency estimation, and the levels of radar backscattering and radio thermal emission of the objects under test evaluation.
