Using the method of moments, the paper solves the problem of diffraction of a plane, normally incident, H-polarized, electromagnetic wave over a periodic system of half planes of finite thickness, the spaces between which are filled with a dielectric having permittivity of the tensor type. A system of linear algebraic equations (SLAE) is written for the amplitudes of the field expansions in the homogeneous area (harmonics). The given computation results show a rather fast convergence of the harmonic amplitudes.References
