An approximate model for calculating the efficiency of receiving-rectifying elements (RRE) of large aperture rectennas for EHF and DMF bands is offered. The estimate of RRE potentialities was performed on the basis of the developed model. Rectennas with an operating frequency of 35 GHz, whose radiating structure was performed on the basis of the net structure formed with crossing of the microstrip wires, were investigated. Chip Schottky diodes on a GaAs substrate are included in the fractures of these wires.References
