Complex impedance of an electrically excited skin of the radiating plasma jet generated using an explosive method in free space is estimated for the main stage of the jet existence. The analytical expressions describing the frequency dependence of the complex impedance of a skin layer of the plasma jet have been obtained. The measured characteristics of the plasma are used to calculate the resistance and reactance. The presented numerical results allow one to estimate a radiation efficiency of explosive plasma antennas.References
