Scattering fields of chiral layers periodical sequence

Abstract

The electromagnetic fields of the chiral layer bounded sequence are investigated. The diffraction problem is solved with using the circuit theory and matrix function methods. The frequency and angle dependencies of the scattering coefficients are given. The boundaries of quasi-passing (quasi-locking) zones are determined from the eigenvalue analysis of the basic element transmission matrix.
