Abstract

Experimental data on a narrowband bi-linear 16-element Schottky barrier diode detector antenna array for active mm-wave imaging systems and theoretical/experimental results on a novel ultrawideband linear 3-element hot-carrier bolometer lens-coupled antenna array for passive mm-wave imaging systems are presented.
