Abstract

Potential abilities of receiving-rectifying elements (RRE) of rectennas based on Schottky diodes are estimated. In article is suggested emitting structure of RRE which receive field on orthogonal polarizations, which allows increasing specific power of direct-current, collecting from square meter of rectenna aperture, decreasing its weight and dimensions and increasing its reliability.
